These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xs666 ("xs666", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xs666 online gaming platform available at xs666.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms and that you consent to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

xs666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by xs666 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to their Account via an available payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required by xs666 before processing withdrawals or activating full account features.
• "Platform" means the xs666 website at xs666.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted, blocked or unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, reality checks and self-exclusion features available within the Account dashboard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of cleared funds from a User's Account to a payment method registered to that User.

To register and maintain an Account on xs666, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate or organised gambling group without prior written authorisation from xs666.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close associate of xs666 or any affiliated operator, software provider or payment processor.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform for any reason.

xs666 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to supply adequate documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

Registration requires a valid email address, a secure password and personal details including full legal name, date of birth and country of residence. All submitted information must be accurate and match the identity documents provided during KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying xs666 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

xs666 employs TLS/SSL encryption across all connections and supports optional two-factor authentication. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely secure and that you share responsibility for the security of your own device and credentials.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conduct obligations:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from the Platform or its software components.
• You will not exploit any bug, error or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to xs666 support immediately. Exploiting known or discovered bugs for financial gain will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any form of organised cheating in connection with the Platform's sportsbook or casino offerings.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions or facilitate any other financial crime.
• You will not engage in offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward xs666 staff or other users.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform via VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obtain unfair advantages.

xs666 supports a range of payment methods that are commonly referenced in the Pakistani market. Actual payment availability depends on the operator's live cashier configuration at any given time. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references only. None of these providers endorse or support gambling activity on xs666.

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
• xs666 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before transacting.
• Deposits intended solely for bonus exploitation without genuine gaming intent may be reversed at xs666's discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to cashier rules.
• xs666 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by method. xs666 targets internal processing within 24–72 hours of request approval, though external payment rails may add additional time.
• xs666 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day, week or month. Current limits are stated in the Platform cashier.

xs666 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino games, table games and virtual sports may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted by a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time.
• Abuse: xs666 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements; and collusion between accounts.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at xs666's sole discretion. xs666 may exclude individual users from specific promotions for any reason without notice.

The following general rules apply across the xs666 sportsbook and casino. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

8.1 Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xs666 does not guarantee that displayed odds will be available at the moment of placement — in-play odds move rapidly.
• xs666 covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, international football, UFC, kabaddi, virtual sports and eSports among other markets. Market availability may change without notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, xs666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• xs666 may impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, events or Users based on risk management requirements.

8.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing conducted by qualified croupiers under controlled conditions.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a software malfunction during a casino round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned. xs666 is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruption.
• Game-specific rules, side bet rules and paytables are accessible within each individual game interface.

xs666 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered users directly within the Account dashboard, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on net losses.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session lengths with automatic logout.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net position during a session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and request that xs666 refuse future registration attempts from you.

xs666 does not offer gambling as a method of generating income and does not market the Platform as a financial product. Gambling involves real financial risk and results are not predictable.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the xs666 brand name, logo, software, source code, database structure, game titles, graphics, text, page layouts, design elements, audio and video assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of xs666 or its licensed third-party suppliers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from xs666.
• xs666 trademarks and brand marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to xs666 become the property of xs666 without obligation of compensation or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, xs666, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional materials;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of service due to technical faults, maintenance, regulatory action or circumstances beyond xs666's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Where xs666's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xs666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or bonus abuse;
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable account information;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction;
• Your own request for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling tools.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, xs666 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at xs666's discretion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting live chat support or submitting a written request to the support email address listed in the footer of this page. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any cleared balance remaining after closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xs666 holds its operating licence, as notified to users on the Platform from time to time.

xs666 does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including those of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice and xs666 strongly encourages users to seek independent legal counsel regarding the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction.

xs666 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you continue to use the Platform after revised Terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted those revisions in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, xs666 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-Platform notification. However, xs666 is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor corrections, clarifications or regulatory updates.
